1. About VIRBA
VIRBA (Versatile Intelligent Assistant) is a business software and AI-assisted services platform operated by Haansal Estate Pty Ltd, Australia.
VIRBA is intended to help organisations prepare content, organise information, manage business communications, and use approved digital integrations.
Some platform capabilities are still under development, testing or awaiting third-party approval.
This Disclaimer explains the limitations of AI-assisted features, generated content, automation and third-party integrations.
2. AI-Assisted Content
VIRBA may use artificial intelligence, machine learning and related technologies to assist with:
- Social media captions and marketing content.
- Draft customer messages and responses.
- Information summarisation and organisation.
- Business knowledge and content preparation.
- Customer enquiry classification and lead identification.
- Suggested workflows and business analysis.
The availability and operation of these features depend on the relevant product release, configuration and authorised services.
3. AI Can Make Mistakes
AI-generated content may contain:
- Incorrect or outdated factual information.
- Incomplete explanations or missing context.
- Misleading statements.
- Unsupported assumptions.
- Inaccurate prices, dates, figures or references.
- Errors in reasoning, interpretation or calculations.
- Wording similar to material generated for other users.
AI output must not automatically be treated as accurate, original, complete or suitable for a particular commercial purpose.
4. Human Review and Responsibility
Customers and authorised users should review AI-generated material before relying on it, sending it to another person or publishing it.
This includes reviewing:
- Factual accuracy.
- Advertising claims.
- Pricing and availability.
- Legal and regulatory compliance.
- Copyright and other intellectual property rights.
- Privacy and confidentiality.
- Brand requirements.
- Suitability for the intended audience.
VIRBA’s AI assistance does not remove the responsibilities of the person or organisation using the resulting content.
5. No Regulated Professional Advice
VIRBA does not, merely by generating or organising content, provide individually licensed:
- Legal advice.
- Financial or investment advice.
- Mortgage or credit advice.
- Accounting or taxation advice.
- Medical or healthcare advice.
- Property valuation advice.
- Building, engineering or architectural certification.
- Other regulated professional services.
AI-generated content should not be used as a substitute for appropriately qualified professional advice where required.
Customers operating in regulated industries remain responsible for complying with relevant licensing, advertising, professional conduct and disclosure obligations.
6. AI Customer Replies and Automated Communications
VIRBA may develop functionality to suggest or generate customer responses, social media replies and other business communications.
A generated reply should be treated as a suggestion unless it has been processed through the applicable authorised workflow.
Saving a setting, approving a draft or viewing an example does not necessarily mean a communication has been transmitted externally.
Where automatic replies or unattended actions become available, their operation depends on relevant permissions, consent, account configuration, external provider access and applicable safeguards.
Customers remain responsible for determining which communications require human intervention, particularly for complaints, regulated subjects, financial commitments and sensitive enquiries.
7. Publishing and External Platform Limitations
VIRBA may integrate with external services such as Facebook, Instagram, WordPress, WhatsApp and other supported providers.
These services may apply their own authentication procedures, permissions, API restrictions, publishing rules and availability limits.
VIRBA cannot guarantee that a third-party provider will accept, publish, deliver or retain any particular communication.
An internally approved or scheduled post does not, by itself, confirm successful publication on an external platform.
Where a feature provides publication status information, users should distinguish internal workflow status from a verified external provider result.
8. Demonstration and Development Features
VIRBA may present product previews, screenshots, demonstrations, simulated customer interactions or sample content.
Such material is intended to illustrate the planned or available user experience.
Demonstration records, sample customer interactions and simulated publishing outcomes should not be interpreted as genuine external communications or evidence of completed provider operations.
Features marked Under Development, Preview, Demo or Coming Soon may not yet be available for ordinary customer use.
9. Copyright and Originality
AI-generated output is not guaranteed to be free from similarity to existing works, protected expressions or third-party intellectual property.
Customers should take reasonable steps to verify their right to use and publish material, particularly logos, images, third-party photographs, copied text, trademarks and substantial creative works.
If a copyright or other intellectual property concern arises, it should be assessed promptly and appropriate corrective action taken where justified.
The use of AI does not automatically excuse infringement or replace applicable copyright obligations.
10. AI Processing and Privacy
Information used by AI-assisted features may be processed through VIRBA’s authorised technology infrastructure or third-party AI services, depending on the relevant feature and configuration.
VIRBA does not represent that every AI operation runs locally or that external service providers never receive submitted information.
Users should avoid submitting unnecessary confidential or sensitive information.
Additional details about information handling, connected-platform data and privacy requests are set out in our Privacy Policy.
11. Accuracy and Availability
We aim to provide useful and reliable software, but technical features, AI outputs and connected services may experience errors, interruptions, delays or limitations.
Users should independently verify important information and maintain appropriate human oversight and operational safeguards.
No statement in this Disclaimer promises uninterrupted service, complete accuracy or guaranteed commercial outcomes.
12. No Guarantee of Business Results
VIRBA does not guarantee particular levels of:
- Social media engagement.
- Advertising performance.
- Lead generation.
- Customer conversion.
- Revenue or profit.
- Search engine rankings.
- Audience growth.
- Marketing campaign success.
Actual outcomes depend on factors including market conditions, customer activity, content quality, external platform algorithms and business operations.
13. Legal Rights and Responsibilities
This Disclaimer is intended to explain the limitations and responsible use of AI-assisted technologies.
It does not exclude, restrict or modify rights, guarantees, remedies or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law protections.
Any applicable contractual limitations are subject to the Terms and Conditions and mandatory law.
14. Updates
We may update this Disclaimer as VIRBA’s features, AI processing arrangements and legal requirements develop.
The latest version will be published on this website.
